Representatives of the Erasmus+ project team of the UA-Talent-UP project took part in a training week at University College Leuven-Limburg (Belgium)

The training week at the University College Leuven-Limburg at the Dippenbeek campus, Hasselt, Belgium, has come to an end.

The training week took place within the ERASMUS+ CBHE – UA-Talent-UP project “Development of entrepreneurship, creativity and intercultural competencies to ensure high quality teaching in Ukraine”.

Representatives from the Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy, the Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics, the International European University, the Lviv National Academy of Arts, the Ukrainian Catholic University, the Ternopil Ivan Puluj National Technical University, and the Innovation Generation NGO, worked on the Development of entrepreneurship, creativity, and intercultural competencies to ensure high quality teaching in Ukraine.

The mobility week included a training on using the Lego Series Play methodology to develop creativity and communication skills, an Insights discovery workshop, a training on using Business games and Blocks challenge game in the educational process, and a presentation of international projects by University College Leuven-Limburg (Belgium), Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics, and the International European University.

The participants of the mobility week also had a unique opportunity to visit one of the most modern tech campuses in Europe – Corda Campus. This is a place where new ideas are born, innovative projects are implemented, and future technology leaders are formed.

What impressed the participants the most:

– Innovative infrastructure: modern laboratories, coworking areas, spaces for meeting and conferences;

– startup ecosystem: more than 250 companies from various industries, from IT to biotechnology, cooperate, exchange ideas and create new products;

– learning opportunities: regular trainings, seminars and meetings with leading industry experts.

The hackathon “How to implement Entrepreneurial Education in your organization?” was the end of an extremely productive and motivating week, and it was a great platform for sharing knowledge and experience, as well as for inspiring new achievements in the field of entrepreneurial education.
