As part of the UA-Talent-UP project, we are preparing the launch of an open learning platform designed to foster global competences, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking across higher education communities.
This new portal will host a collection of modular, gamified MOOCs, offering learning opportunities to students, educators, and lifelong learners from Ukraine and across Europe. Courses will be available in English, with Ukrainian translations to follow.
EVALUATE AND DEVELOP YOUR GLOBAL COMPETENCES
The first course focuses on developing key competences for creativity, initiative, and collaboration. Rooted in the EntreComp and Global Competence frameworks, this MOOC allows learners to build their own “à la carte” learning path, combining modules that match their personal goals and levels of experience. Learners will engage in real-world challenges, receive personalised feedback, and earn digital badges that validate their progress.
The second course is designed for educators and trainers interested in creating and sharing their own MOOCs. It provides a practical introduction to MOOC design and delivery using open-source platforms, gamification, and accessible teaching tools. Participants will explore how to structure content, engage online learners, and design inclusive digital learning experiences.
Both MOOCs reflect the core values of UA-Talent-UP: resilience, lifelong learning, and the power of collaboration across borders. They are being developed by our partner UCY (University of Cyprus) in close cooperation with UPSA, UCLL, and Ukrainian universities.
