As the lead partner, UPSA is responsible for ensuring smooth project management and coordination. This includes organizing key meetings, developing quality assurance mechanisms, and updating strategic action plans. Additionally, UPSA ensures effective communication between all partners and monitors deliverables to maintain high project standards.

Additionally, we lead dissemination efforts by creating policy reports and an Open Access book to maximize impact across European institutions.
Our team of trainers is dedicated to enhancing global competences among Ukrainian educators. Through immersive workshops and innovative teaching methodologies, we equip educators with the skills needed to integrate global perspectives into curricula. This training empowers participants to foster resilience, adaptability, and internationalization within their own educational environments.
